The web site showing the model size was very helpful to decide my size. The shipment was quick and the coat arrived much earlier than I expected even though the freight was free ! It would be more helpful if you could show the weight of the coat as it was a little heavier than I thought.

I'm an American customer. The coat was lovely but a little tight, especially for a winter coat. I tried to consider sizing carefully, but the conversion between European and American sizing apparently isn't perfect. My complaint is with the logistics of returning an item from the US to England. If Gloverall ever gets an American distributor, I'll definitely look at their products again. But until then, I'm afraid not.

Ordered on line and made a mistake with sizing. Emailed and was sorted quickly and efficiently. Coat arrived when they said it would and matched description. A quality item that I am very happy with.

I’ve bought a couple of duffle coats and jumpers for myself and my wife, and can say the quality is absolutely fantastic. They look great, feel fantastic and are the warmest clothes we own. I’m actually enjoying the cold weather now, it’s an excuse to wear these great clothes! The customer service has been excellent as well, was really simple and easy to return when I’ve ordered the wrong size. No hassle.

I phoned and emailed to have product advice. In both cases noone came back to me. So I just had to take a chance when ordering and I still don't know if I made the best choice. Very poor customer service.

I was sent the wrong color of coat and instead of solving the problem by providing a return label, you are making me wait indefinitely. I've paid duties on this coat that is not even what I asked for.

I understand that you are understaffed, but this is quite simple!

A return label has been provided and I've been told that I should be receive a refund after 12 working days after they have it back. I will update again if refund goes smoothly.

Delighted that Gloverall had spare toggles / leather attachments available for my trusty, forty five year old, duffle. When one came adrift last week. The cherry on the cake was overnight delivery. Top job Gloverall.

The coat is good.

It's been 12 years since my last Gloverall Duffle coat.
I couldn't be happier and love everything about this coat, as well as the service. The delivery was quick, it came wrapped and boxed beautifully and the wool is lovely and light and soft, yet it keeps me 'toasty' warm.
Thank you for continuing to make such a high quality
'good' looking coat.
